According to the county’s insurance claim, the Taylor County Courthouse roof suffered extensive damage from Hurricane Helene, which resulted in leaks in the judge’s chambers and jury room. Emergency repairs to stop the leaks were conducted shortly after the hurricane, and now the Taylor County Commission has approved an agreement with its insurance provider to allow SynergyNDS to conduct full repairs.
The Taylor County Commission has signed another “turnkey” agreement with its property insurance provider to conduct repairs on “extensive” damage to the Taylor County Courthouse’s roof inflicted by Hurricane Helene last September.
