    West Fraser mill is under contract to sell to developer who plans to repurpose site

    West Fraser Perry Sawmill’s 40-acre site is under contract to be sold to a developer who plans to demolish and/or sell and relocate equipment before repurposing the property to be sold to a new company. Taylor County Development Authority consultant Laura DiBella says there is “an incredible amount of interest” from companies wanting to utilize the site.

    The West Fraser Perry Sawmill site is reportedly currently under contract to be purchased by a developer with plans to repurpose and sell the industrial property to one of a number of interested companies that would “immediately” create local jobs.
