Council applies for $1 million grant for ‘storefront face’ improvements

In addition to a $2.15 million “Downtown Street Repaving” project scheduled to get underway soon, the City of Perry is applying for another $1 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to implement a “storefront facade improvement project” in the downtown commercial district.
