Hart outlines Perry’s most pressing needs to council

In an executive summary recently presented to state officials, City Manager John Hart laid out some of the challenges and most pressing needs facing the City of Perry, which hopes to get funding assistance from a large $925 million federal Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery being administered by the state of Florida.
