City considering expansive$254 million Five-Year Plan

City Manager John Hart is scheduled to present a comprehensive list of more than $254 million in proposed projects and equipment needs to the Perry City Council at its next meeting, as he puts the finishing touches on the City of Perry’s Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
