Corps seeks input on lake expansion, bridge removal

The City of Perry is closing in on the final permit needed to move forward with the creation of a lake downtown, part of its Rosehead Park development.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced a 30-day period for the public to comment on the proposed project, which will expand Spring Creek into a lake surrounded by multi-use trails.
