    Frazier found not guilty of sign violations

    The City of Perry’s Code Enforcement Board found local businessman Michael Frazier not guilty of charges that he was violating local signage ordinances by posting signs advocating that City Manager Bob Brown be fired.

    Code Enforcement Board members George Clayton, Charles August, Tonya Holton, Bill Martinson and Mike Lynn voted unanimously to dismiss the charges during a hearing Monday night, March 4. (Board member Walker Bassett was not in attendance.)
