Hodges Park reconstruction inches one step closer

Although Taylor County has officially received approval to increase the budget for the proposed reconstruction of Hodges Park to ensure any future improvements are more hurricane resilient, local officials are warning there is still a long road ahead before any construction work can begin — let alone be completed.
