County prevails in Foley Cut-Off paving lawsuit

Taylor County has prevailed in a long-running lawsuit filed by road construction contractor Pigott Asphalt and Sitework, LLC, stemming from the resurfacing of Foley Cut-Off Road in 2020 and 2021.
