Senate passes Simon’s ‘Rural Renaissance’ bill that could bring funding to Taylor County

For the second year in a row, the Florida Senate has unanimously passed Sen. Corey Simon’s “Rural Renaissance” bill (SB 250), which would add or redirect millions of dollars in state funding to Florida’s rural counties — including Taylor.
