Rabrun ‘Michael’ Palmer A Celebration of Life service for Rabrun “Michael” Palmer will be held Sunday, Feb. 22, from 3-5 p.m., at the Perry Garden Club (located at 204 Forest Park Drive, behind Forest Capital Hall). All family and friends are invited. He was born on Jan. 1, 1964, in Perry – the first baby of the New Year. He died Jan. 31, 2026.
