    PUBLIC MEETING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Please take notice that the Three Rivers Regional Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at the Gilchrist County Public Library, in Trenton, Florida.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Please be advised, that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
“Person with disabilities requesting reasonable accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact (352) 463-3170 (Voice & TDD) or via Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8771.”

    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public meeting March 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or soon after as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider petitions for variance petition.
    1) A variance petition V0l-2026 by owners Jeremiah and Samantha Owens, Unassigned Woods Creek Road, Perry, Florida. They are requesting a variance of 48’ to reduce the required Ag-Rural road frontage from 269’ down to 221’ of road frontage. This is a large tract and they intend to build a single-family residence on it. Only when they applied for their driveway permit did they discover that they did not have the required 269’ of frontage. Granting them the 48’ variance will not cause the public or the neighbors any undo hardship. The reduction down to 221’ is still larger than all other land designations road frontage (MUUD of 60’, MURR of 170’, Ag-1 of 60’, Ag-2 of 60’). Section 08, Township 04, Range 07 Parcel No. 02222-025.
    2) A variance petition V02-2026 by owner Trenton Bowen 21467 Sandpiper Road South is requesting a variance of 10’ in the front, 5’ on the North side, and 1’ on the south side. These variance requests are basically where his previous house was located before being destroyed by Hurricane Helene. We hope the board will grant him the variances so he can get started on his new home. Section 01, Township 08, Range 07 Parcel No. 07073-000.
    3) A variance petition V03-2026 By Teramore Development on behalf of Dollar General, TBD US 98 West, Perry, Florida, is requesting a variance in parking spaces from the required 49 spaces down to 35 spaces, included are 2 handicapped accessible parking spaces. This store is the same size as the Beach Road store which the planning board just this past year granted this same variance. Section 02, Township 04, Range 07 Parcel No. 05540-000 & 05539-000.
Copies of associated documents are available for public inspection at the Planning Administration Complex, located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.
All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearing, they will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes their testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
