Man arrested for allegedly stealing $149,000 in Florida Lotto tickets before fleeing the country

Nearly two years after a local convenience store reported that a former employee allegedly stole $149,000 in Florida Lottery tickets and then fled the country, the suspect is back in the U.S. and now under arrest.
