Jackson urges city pursue OZ designation for Gram’s Legacy, West Fraser properties

Local property owner Andy Jackson is urging the city council to pursue an Opportunity Zone 2.0 (OZ 2.0) federal tax incentive designation (see related story) for the portion of the City of Perry that includes his Gram’s Legacy property and the former West Fraser Perry Sawmill
site.
