County receives $32,000 in attorney’s fees in Pigott suit

The Taylor County Commission has approved a settlement agreement with Pigott Asphalt and Sitework, LLC, under which the company has agreed to pay the county $32,000 in attorney’s fees and court costs associated with a lawsuit filed over the resurfacing of Foley Cut-Off Road in 2020 and 2021.
