Commission settles dispute over Steinhatchee property

The Taylor County Commission has approved a pre-litigation settlement agreement with a Steinhatchee property owner, under which he waives his right to sue the county, in exchange for the county agreeing to issue a building permit to him or any future owner of the property in question.
