Taylor third highest in state in manufacturing job losses

Recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that 10 Florida counties experienced notable manufacturing job losses between the fourth quarter of 2024 and the fourth quarter of 2025 – with Taylor County ranking third in the state with a 6.44% decline.
