Value Adjustment Board denies Four Rivers’ appeal of timber assessments

Without discussion or debate, the Taylor County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) accepted a special magistrate’s recommendation to uphold Taylor County Property Appraiser Shawna Beach’s 2025 increase in timberland assessments for Four Rivers Land & Timber Company at an April 9 meeting.
