City prepared to cut off water to Perry Apartments Village

In an effort to collect more than $15,000 in past-due utility charges owed to the City of Perry by the owner of a local apartment complex, the city council reluctantly agreed to issue a two-week notice to residents of Perry Apartments Village that water service would be cut off.
