The Grove developers asking city council to restructure incentives

The Perry City Council is being asked to revisit and restructure an incentive package it adopted in 2022 for the developers of “The Grove at Perry,” who face a March 2027 deadline to complete the final phase of the housing project or risk losing hundreds of thousands in financial benefits.
