City revises tax incentives for The Grove

The Perry City Council has agreed to a revised 10-year ad valorem property tax incentive with Prospect Real Estate Development Group — developers of “The Grove at Perry” apartment village — who say the new tax reimbursement deal is necessary to move forward with financing the next several phases of workforce and family housing.
