Cast & Company wants to build performing arts center in Perry

Cast & Company will host a “Punchlines for Property Lines” fundraising event this Saturday, May 9, at 6 p.m. at Forest Capital Hall in Perry. Tickets are available in exchange for a donation toward Cast & Company’s fundraiser campaign.
Members of Cast & Company, a local youth performing arts group, appeared before the Perry City Council at a recent April 14 meeting, inviting city officials to an upcoming benefit fundraiser to help purchase a piece of property they hope will be the future home of a local performing arts center.
