Sylvester Jones, 84, of Perry, passed away on May 14, 2026, in Perry. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 23, at 11 a.m., at New Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery. Viewing will be held Friday, May 22, from 5-7 p.m., at New Brooklyn. Sylvester leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife, Sarah Jones; children, Sylvester Jones Jr. God has you God has you in the palm of His hands. Ellis of Perry; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
