Born on May 23, 1953, Pam spent her life in the quiet town of Perry, where she touched the lives of many in her 30 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Known for her selfless devotion to caring for others, she exemplified compassion and dedication in her vocation, always prioritizing the wellbeing of her patients. Pam was not only a devoted nurse, but also an enthusiast of the great outdoors. She found joy in working with her plants, nurturing them with the same care she showed her patients. She adored the sounds of nature, particularly the sweet melodies of birds singing, which often served as the soundtrack to her peaceful moments spent outside. She is preceded in death by: her parents, Wallace and Jeanette Blue; three brothers; two sisters; a granddaughter, Elieha Dakota Bell; and her son in-law, Chad Wayne Brown. Pam is survived by: her beloved children, Sonya Brown, Nicole Neal, Miranda Neal and John “Tripp” Neal; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews who will carry on her legacy of kindness and caring. Her absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew her, including friends, colleagues and the many lives she positively impacted throughout her life. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 30, at 10 a.m. in Pisgah Cemetery with Brother Jeremy Gray officiating. All who wish to pay their respects will be invited to join in commemorating a remarkable woman whose life was a blessing to so many. Pam will be sorely missed, but lovingly remembered for her unwavering spirit and generous heart.
