City tables decision on ‘The Grove’ incentives

For a second straight meeting, the Perry City Council tabled action on a new proposed tax incentive agreement with Prospect Perry Apartments LLC – developers of “The Grove at Perry” apartments – in order to verify that language in the new document matched up with the verbal agreement reached between the two sides at an April 28 meeting.
