City approves a restructured tax incentive package for ‘The Grove’

It took two months, four meetings and a number of failed attempts, but the Perry City Council eventually voted 4-0 in favor of a restructured tax incentive package for developers of “The Grove at Perry” apartment complex at its June 9 meeting.
