City unveils $400 million capital improvement plan

City Manager John Hart has shared a preliminary look at his proposed “Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan” (CIP) – a comprehensive “wish list” of more than $400 million in projects and equipment purchases the City of Perry hopes to accomplish between now and the end of the 2030-31 budget year.
