Holton files $75,000 federal lawsuit against city, Brown

City Council candidate Tonya Holton has filed a three-count, $75,000 federal lawsuit against the City of Perry and City Manager Bob Brown alleging violations of her first amendment rights as well as persecution as a self-proclaimed “whistle-blower.”
Tallahassee attorney Marie Mattox filed the lawsuit on Holton’s behalf in federal court Thursday, March 27.
