Powell hired to be new TCMS head coach, AD

Former Taylor County High School (TCHS) Bulldogs’ player and assistant coach Toney “T.J.” Powell has been selected to lead the Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) Bulldogs as head coach and athletic director.
