6U All-Stars finish as tournament runners-up

After battling back from a first-round loss to win two straight games – including a 34-33 thriller in extra innings – the Taylor County 6U All-Star team finished 2-2 and returned home with a runners-up trophy, falling to Okeechobee 27-21 in the championship game of the Dixie Youth Baseball (DYB) 6U State Championship tournament Sunday in Frostproof.
