City moving forward with $60 million in grant-funded water, sewer projects

The Perry City Council took the first steps toward beginning a major overhaul of the city’s aging drinking water and wastewater treatment infrastructure at its July 14 meeting, approving a state grant agreement and planning and design contracts with its consulting engineering firm.
