Beaches suing FWC & State Attorney for malicious prosecution, retaliation

Taylor County Property Appraiser Shawna Beach and her husband, local Republican state committeeman Dustin Beach, have filed a pair of lawsuits against the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), two of its law enforcement officers and Second Judicial Circuit State Attorney Jack Campbell.
