Racist ‘Zoom Bombing’ shocks council meeting

As council members and staff were discussing the city’s proposed 2026-27 budget during the Perry City Council’s Aug. 11 meeting, an unknown person apparently joined the Zoom meeting online to broadcast a racist, vulgar video that stunned those in attendance.
