TCSO: 2+ weeks after homicide, investigation is still ‘very active’

The joint local-state investigation into the Aug. 9 murder of 26-year-old Leneir Britt is now entering its third week, with no new information being released by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) or Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
