Jury rules in favor of school district

A jury found in favor of the Taylor County School District this week in a federal lawsuit filed by a former student at Taylor Technical Institute (TTI) alleging she was discriminated against based on race and disability.

The jury issued its ruling Wednesday, April 9, in the trial presided over by Judge Robert L. Hinkle in the Tallahassee Division of the Northern District of Florida in United States District Court.
