Women’s Club meets Sept. 9 for ‘Cookies & Conversation’

The Perry Women’s Club will hold the first meeting of its 2026-27 program year Wednesday, Sept. 9, beginning at noon.

The program will include “Cookies & Conversation,” with members decorating cookies while sharing answers to conversation prompts/questions.

President Allison Ritter will also unveil a new “Learn to Read, Read to Learn” reading initiative in partnership with Taylor County Primary School.

The Perry Women’s Club is located at 502 North Jefferson Street. Membership is open to all ladies in the community, and guests are welcome for the September luncheon.
