The program is open to all adults in the community at no cost.
Classes begin Thursday, Sept. 24, from 10-11 a.m. at the Taylor Senior Citizens Center (800 W. Ash Street).
Additional sessions will be held on the following Thursdays: Oct. 1, 8, 22and 29 from 10-11 a.m.
Community members are encouraged to sign up. For registration or additional information, please contact Wiggins at 850-838-3508 or lwiggins@ufl.edu.
