    LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
    On March 28, 2014, an application was tendered for filing with the Federal Communications Commission by Taylor County Broadcasting, Inc., licensee of Radio Station WNFK, Perry, Florida, requesting consent to the assignment of the license of WNFK, Perry, Florida, to Dockins Broadcast Group, LLC.
    WNFK is currently silent, but is licensed to operate on a frequency of 92.1 MHz.
    Power Country, Inc. is the sole shareholder of Taylor County Broadcasting, Inc., and the shareholders, officers, and directors of the two companies are Louis D. Bolton, II and Barbara Bolton.
    Fred Dockins is the sole member and interest holder of Dockins Broadcast Group, LLC.

    NOTICE OF PROPOSED AGENCY ACTION
    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Institutional Controls for a contaminated site.  Perry Saw Mill, LLC, is seeking this order in reference to FDEP Site FLD984206250, Gilman Building Products, 1509 South Byron Butler PKWY, Perry, FL 32349, and intends to restrict exposure to contamination in the following manner:
    Prohibit use of groundwater under the site for Drinking water or irrigation purposes.
    Complete copies of the No Further Action Proposal, the draft restrictive covenant, and the FDEP’s preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

    INVITATION TO BID
    The Taylor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for construction of the Taylor County Administrative Complex Parking Project.
    Qualified firms or individuals desiring to provide the required products or services must submit five (5) packages in a sealed envelope or similar package marked “Sealed Proposal for Taylor County Administrative Complex Parking Project” to the Clerk of Court, 1st Floor Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Suite 102, Perry, Florida, to arrive no later than 4:00 P.M., local time, on May 2, 2014.  All Proposals MUST have the respondent’s name and mailing address clearly shown on the outside of the envelope or package when submitted.  Proposals will be opened and respondents announced at 6:05 P.M. local time, or as soon thereafter as practical, on May 5, 2014, in the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.
