Commission irons out final contract with county admn.

The Taylor County Commission has approved a one-year contract with Assistant County Administrator Dustin Hinkel to take over the duties of county administrator beginning May 15.

Hinkel will replace outgoing administrator Jack Brown, who is leaving to take the same position in Escambia County.
