1,000 workers expected for mill shutdown

Georgia Pacific’s Foley Cellulose Mill will conduct a 12-day “cold mill outage” beginning today (Wednesday) and running through May 19 when the mill will be restarted.

Company officials expect an additional 1,000 contractor personnel to be on site during peak activity.
