Pelt named ‘Player of the Year’

Perry native Joe Pelt was selected Player of the Year on the Tallahassee Democrat’s All-Big Bend soccer team which was announced last week.

Pelt, the son of Mark and Denise Pelt, helped lead his Chiles High team to a 23-2-3 record this season as the Timberwolves went deep into the state
playoffs.
