Residents use shuttle for work, education

Taylor County’s Transportation Disadvantaged Program, which provides low-cost shuttle rides for local residents, had a total of 23,863 riders from June 2012 to July 2013.

The Taylor County Commission held its annual public hearing Monday to update the public on the program, which oversees a number of transportation services including the in-town shuttle.
