Charlotte Marie Chrisman, 74, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, May 8, 2014, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville.

A memorial service will be held Monday, May 12, at 3 p.m. in the Joe P. Burns Memorial Chapel in Perry with Pastor David Stephens officiating.
