Davis logs 2,340 hours with historical society

John Thomas Davis will be recognized for his tireless dedication to the preservation of Taylor County history Saturday night during the Taylor County Historical Society’s Awards Banquet & Music Showcase.

If you don’t recognize John Thomas, it’s likely you know him best by his initials—J.T.

PHOTO: J.T. Davis will be presented the Dr. Wilson T. Hendry/Dr. W.H. Peacock Award Saturday at the Perry Woman’s Club. The award recognizes an individual’s dedication to the preservation of Taylor County history.
