Sales tax holiday returns to help Floridians buy supplies for upcoming 2014 hurricane season

Floridians getting ready for the 2014 Hurricane Season, which begins June 1, will have the opportunity to purchase certain preparedness supplies tax-free from May 31 to June 8.

The sales tax holiday is one of three such holidays approved by the Florida Legislature and signed by the governor this year.
