Jerry Gruver Cruse, 63, of Fanning Springs, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7, at 6 p.m. in the Joe P. Burns Memorial Chapel with Dennis Register High Priest LDS Church (nephew) officiating.

All arrangements are under the care of Joe P. Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
