Mill back online

Georgia-Pacific’s Foley Cellulose Mill is back to full operation after a electrical failure shut down the plant last week and resulted in an accidental release of chlorine dioxide.

“As of Tuesday morning, June 3, the Foley Cellulose Mill was fully operational,” Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon said. “The safe operation of our facility for our employees and our community will continue to be a core value of GP.”
