Taylor to host 4 baseball tournaments next week

Some 20 to 25 youth baseball teams will descend upon Perry next week as the Taylor County Recreation Department hosts four Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth district tournaments.

The Cal Ripken league tournaments will involve 10-under, 11-under and 12-under teams from all over North Florida. The Babe Ruth tournament will be for youngsters 15-under.
