Perry resident William Carl Sadler Sr. took to the streets Thursday during his lunch break to protest his disqualification as a candidate for the Perry City Council (Dist. 4 seat).
Sadler walked the downtown square waving a sign that read: “I swore an oath once for my country and was accepted. I swore an oath for my city an it was denied.”
