The Perry Police Department (PPD) earned its second first place win in three years in the Florida Law Enforcement Liaison Program’s “DUI Challenge,” winning more than $16,000 in grant awards.

The funds will be used to purchase DUI enforcement-related equipment such as in-car video cameras, body camera and other traffic safety items, Capt. Jamie Cruse said.
